If you're in high school and you want to get better at your sports, if you're just competitive at the gym and you want to be quicker and faster, if you're a runner, if you're a basketball player, this is athlete training. This can improve if you're a swimmer, if you're a baseball player, soccer player, it is crazy. There was tons of foot work today, jump roping, coordination and this was Day 1.
